on April 27, 2017, at 6:00 pm, the victim, a 19 year-old-female, was on the 1800 block of Chelten Avenue at the “K” bus stop using her iPhone 6S cell phone. When she attempted to put her phone inside her pocket an unknown black male, who was initially walking with another male, crosses over Chelten and loops back. The suspect then runs up from behind the victim grabbing her phone from her hand then fled and was last seen in a rear alley behind 6349 North 18th Street.
Suspect Description: Black male, 14-19 years-of-age, medium brown complexion, wearing an maroon T-shirt, dark colored pants, and a dark colored baseball cap.
