On February 10, 2017, at 10:20 pm, the victim, a 57 year-old female, was inside the China King take out restaurant located at 143 West Lehigh Avenue making a withdraw from the ATM when an unknown black female, who was assisting the victim, grabbed the money from the ATM and attempted to walk out. When the victim tried to get the money back from the suspect they began to struggle and was punched in the head and thrown to the ground causing injuries to her head and left knee. The suspect then fled on foot with the complainant’s money in an unknown direction.
Suspect Description: Black female, wearing a red coat, red scarf on her head, light colored shirt, and gray sneakers.
